When working with organic reality,
(ie, what arises organically as ours to work on, as we travel through this journey called Life)
We naturally ebb and flow within the limits and evolving capacity of our nervous system...
When we strike gold,
(Perhaps becoming aware of the deeper roots of a thread we have been tugging on for some time)
We get excited
We are ready to work
To grow
To dive deep, in order to integrate, embody and expand again...
But, from what I see time and time again,
This dive into the deepest layers of our own trauma and wounding just isn't possible
Without first being able to first resource from the deepest wells of resource available to us...
Like a weaving figure of 8, the two interlaced spirals,
Life, Nature, God, Source, or Organic Reality, just wont let us into those deeper layers without this
(As otherwise, we push the envelope, blowing the lid off the nervous system once again and adding to the trauma responses)
Something to consider, if you have a client practice requiring you to go deep within yourself;
So that you can show up more fully...
Hold a stronger container...
Walk alongside them as they do the same...
