  • This is for mothers, women, or anyone who has experienced the loss of a child, whether through miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, adoption, or early childhood death and feels the lingering impact of that experience in their body, relationships, or parenting. It’s also for those who may sense an unseen grief in their family system, even if the loss wasn’t directly theirs.

  • Yes. No prior experience is required. This container is intentionally gentle and accessible, whether this is your first encounter with systemic work or you’re returning to deepen your practice. You'll be held with care every step of the way.

  • This is an intimate space, intentionally kept small (max 10 participants) to ensure each woman feels held, seen, and supported. Every voice and system matters.

  • That’s completely normal and welcomed. You are never required to share more than feels safe. The group culture is one of trust, compassion, and consent. We honour every woman’s pace and personal boundaries.

  • No, this is not therapy and does not replace clinical or medical support. It is a facilitation of systemic, somatic, and spiritual integration, rooted in systemic constellation work and ancestral intelligence.

  • There will be 2 live group calls per month (approx. 90 mins each), plus the optional Telegram group chat for sharing and integration support. You’re encouraged to create space for gentle reflection between sessions, but it’s designed to complement - not overwhelm - your life.

  • Replays of teaching and movements will be made available (excluding other participants’ confidential shares). However, your presence is powerful. Try to attend as many live sessions as possible for the deepest experience.
