Code of Ethics
I, Harriet, pledge the following to you, my client:
I will work in sacred alliance with my own guidance and be informed by that Source and as far as is currently possible, not my own ego, in offering service to others.
I will recognise the wholeness inherent in every person or group or circumstance that comes for healing and to honor whatever form it is presented to me.
I will be mindful of speech, thought, and action and their impact on building relationships both in the present and through time into future and past.
I will be respectful of others, even in their differences.
I will work with compassion and non-judgment.
I will do no harm.
I will maintain clients’ privacy, unless demanded in the court of law to offer up some or all of this information.
I will be honest with clients and other practitioners and will be truthful in the manner in which I present myself in public relations and advertising.
I will offer fair and appropriate fees, in line with my own guidance.
In service to others, I will keep my own life and being clean, clear and in balance to the best of my ability.
I vow to use the wisdom, influence and tools I have been gifted as guardian and conduit in this lifetime responsibly, with care and only to those with the eyes to see and the ears to hear.

If relevant (as with the 121 Mentorship containers), there may be minimum charges that apply (please see Cancellation conditions below).
Prices are agreed to by you, the Consumer, upon placing the order and the creation of the contract.

Services Descriptions
We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on the website may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in product prices, item availability, or in any way affects your individual order.
Please be aware that we present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either express or implied. At no point does this affect your Statutory Rights.
We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event that a service is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or other error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price (regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged). If your card/PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled by us, we shall issue a credit immediately to you in the amount of the incorrect price.
We endeavour (see Ethics above for more details) to provide our service(s) with reasonable care and skill, within the agreed timeframe and for a price that we consider reasonable.
We endeavour (see Ethics above for more details) to offer our services as honestly and clearly as possible, giving you the appropriate time and space to make purchasing decisions without undue pressure from us.
Pricing and Payment
We have a global standard pricing policy, which ensures that all of our customers are charged the same price regardless of where they live.
VAT is not included in our prices, as we are not registered to collect VAT.
Payment is required upfront, in advance of the service(s) rendered, with cleared effects. Any payment plans are entered into entirely at our discretion.
The term, “non-refundable” used at the point of purchase is your obligation to pay and which enters you legally into the binding contract with us. This means that, even when a payment plan has been offered, the entire contract fee becomes payable upon formation of the contract, ie, part-payment is not possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds of purchases, as per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and once the contract has been formed, must be requested within 14 days of entering into the purchase contract with us (assuming that zero services have been rendered during this time). To request such a cancellation and/ or refund within this 14 day period, you must contact us to request a cancellation form.
Refunds will be made at a maximum of 14 days thereafter.
Cancellations of any contract made after this 14 day cooling off period may be accepted at our discretion, otherwise you will be entirely liable for the full amount of the contract itself. Refunds for part-payments against a contract outside of this 14 day period, will not be provided - but alternative products and/or services may be proposed. Again, this is entirely at our discretion and will be decided on a case by case basis.
We are committed to trading fairly, ethically and in good faith and we ask that you make a mature and embodied, committed decision to walk into any of our containers live or otherwise.
