A discreet, high-precision space for founders, visionaries, senior leaders and equine athletes navigating a leadership threshold, a wealth transition, or a pattern that has resisted every other approach.

This is my most private way of working.

It is for those who have already built something significant and are no longer willing to let their leadership, their wealth or their decisions be shaped by patterns they cannot yet fully see.

We work at the level of the body, the family system and lineage - identifying the hidden structure underneath the visible problem and moving it at the level where it actually lives.

Where it serves the work, equine diagnostics and in-person sessions become part of the process as precision tools.

This is not conventional coaching.

What this work is designed to do

Private Advisory identifies and resolves the invisible patterns limiting what your life and leadership can hold.

This may include patterns affecting leadership and authority, wealth and stewardship, partnership, rest and capacity, decision-making, visibility, over-responsibility, inherited loyalty or pressure, and the relationship between success and safety.

The aim is not endless processing. It is to see clearly what is happening, where it started, and what becomes possible when you stop organising your life around it.

The equine diagnostic

Horses do not respond to explanation, identity or status. They respond to the nervous system and the structure underneath it.

In a single session, they make visible how you are currently organising around authority, trust, self-protection, over-compensation, control and relational load. They show where you override your body. Where leadership has become compensation. Where inherited patterns are still shaping your decisions.

This is why we can reach the root in hours rather than months.

How this is held

Discretion - Many clients are public-facing, steward significant capital, or sit inside complex family and leadership systems. Our work is confidential and remains private.

Precision over volume - This is not about more calls or more processing. It is about identifying the real pattern and making the fewest, cleanest moves required to shift it.

Peer-level counsel - You are not being taught. You are being met at the level your life actually operates.

Selective access - I work with a small number of private clients each quarter. This allows for depth, continuity and proper attention.

What Private Advisory may include

Depending on the work: private Zoom sessions, in-person sessions in Surrey, Devon, Ibiza, or by arrangement, equine-led diagnostics, voice note support between sessions, systemic and somatic work, and occasional in-person intensives. Every engagement is shaped around the level of complexity being held.

Every client who moves into private advisory begins here.

The Threshold Diagnostic is a 90-minute private session - in person or via video - where we identify exactly what is in the way for you, specifically. This is not a consultation or an assessment. It is the first act of the work itself.

You leave having had something named precisely, its origin traced and the first layer of resolution already in motion.

The Threshold Diagnostic is £2,000. Extended private advisory begins at £18,000.
