This is my most intimate, highest-touch container for women who have already built something significant - and are no longer willing to lead from grind, performance or disconnection. Its’s for the woman who is actively re-writing her life, marriage, leadership and legacy - and needs a field that can hold the full weight of that transition.
We work at the level of your marriage, body, business and legacy. Horses, land and systemic constellations become part of the field when needed, so the changes you make are felt in your nervous system, not just in your mind.
This is not conventional coaching.
How I hold this container
Discretion: Many of my clients are public-facing or steward significant capital. Our work is held in strict confidence; your process does not become content.
Clear scope: We agree the focus, cadence and boundaries at the start, so there are no surprises or moving goalposts.
Precision over volume: Rather than more calls and homework, we make minimal, highly targeted moves that shift the system with the least necessary effort.
Zero drama: This is a stable, grounded field. You are held with the same level of precision and reliability you’re used to providing for everyone else.

Fortnightly 75-90 minute sessions on Zoom
Voice-note support between sessions in agreed hours

Full Private Retainer
Weekly 60-75 minute sessions on Zoom
High-touch support between sessions (private voice/text channel, business hours Monday to Friday)

£10,000 per month (from £30,000)
Duration
3 months (minimum container); focused work around a defined transition (leadership, marriage, model, land).
6 months (flagship); deeper re-patterning, brand/ board work, and integration across life and enterprise.
In-person equine intensives in Devon/ Ibiza are available as bespoke add-ons.
Spaces are strictly limited to honour the Field.
