About Harriet Goudard
A lifetime of listening to horses - both wild and domestic - taught me to read the subtle language of systems.
Years spent with tribal communities in Indonesia and Costa Rica and living alongside generational farming families in rural Burgundy, revealed something profound:
When belonging is lived rather than theorised, we remember who we are.
Today, as an entrepreneur and Systemic Architect, I weave these threads to explore how ancestry, ecology and collective memory shape the way we lead, create and gather.
My practice moves in two streams:
With individuals: I guide female founders, visionaries, and leaders back into relationship with their ancestry and ancestral lands, so they can embody and articulate their unique spirit and contribution to the world.
With brands and institutions: I help them reconnect with their heritage and original values, transforming that essence into experiences that allow customers to feel genuine belonging - rather than the hollow promise so often sold today.
My writing and teaching explore what it takes to return to right relationship: with ourselves, with each other and with the lands and lineages that hold us.
“You’re here because you know leadership isn’t just strategy; it’s lineage in motion. Because, when you lead from your roots, your work can transform generations.”
