It's ok not to be in a constant state of production
Of choosing honing your BEing as opposed to driving your doing
It's alright to lean into a change up of routines
To allow in the messages from the Universe through creating the pause to listen... 🐸
So many Coaches out there are still driving from a place of accountability and ass-kicking
Yes, I agree we need to be willing to be called out on our resistances however they look
And this is a sign of a good Coach,
But accountability, really? 🙈
My journey - and perhaps if you're here you'll resonate - has conversely been one of integrating the Inner Housewife, who wants to dot all the is and dot all the ts before her bulletproof adaptogen coffee in the morning 😝
As this historically looked like showing up for the doing way too diligently
In a way that actually kept her spinning,
In a state of hyper-arousal
Hyper-vigilance,
In the superficial muscles, rather than deep down in the workhouse
The workhouse, where her own Truth and wisdom whispers to her...
Staying in the spin keeps her at a distance from her channel,
From spirit
From her spirit...
The Divine channel and Soul connection that it IS possible to access in every now
To resource our every action
To evaluate our every decision
To drive the divinity of our lifes...
But, to do this, first I had to anchor deeply into my channel
Into my maternal line
Into my body and core
And gently and gracefully unweave the binds that have kept us safe
But have also kept us small.
