Systemic field work for groups that brings the patterns that drive us into the open for resolution, embodiment and regeneration.
There’s a specific type of pattern that no strategy, training or facilitation can reach. Not personal - but living in the field between people; inherited roles, invisible loyalties, unspoken orders that organise every group of human beings under the surface.
The leadership team, the founding partnership, the family, the audience at a festival who have never met and yet are driven by the same age-old patterns within minutes. This pattern determines their experience, their coherence, their ability to respond or react to stimuli and course-correct - and to connect, or disconnect from each other, themselves and their environment as a result.

The Method
Through a guided systemic process, the pattern that is limiting the group - or the inherited weight each individual is carrying - becomes visible. What has been excluded is acknowledged, what has been carried unconsciously is named and returned to where it belongs - and each person discovers their rightful place in the whole.
What shifts is structural, because the field reorganises. What was previously stuck; the pattern that kept repeating, the vision that kept stalling, begins to move.
For Organisations
For leadership teams, founding teams, boards and brands navigating succession, transition, or the invisible patterns that limit what the organisation can become, systemic work comes in at the level where culture actually lives (or dies).
We address inherited agreements and unspoken roles, where the same dynamic keeps returning regardless of who is in the room - where a founder's pattern has become the organisation's baseline.
Formats:
Keynote experience: 90-120 minutes; a living introduction to systemic field work for conferences and leadership gatherings on or off-site.
Half day: deeper work with a leadership or founding team.
Full day, with horses (Devon/ Ibiza): the most precise format - systemic constellation work and equine-led diagnostics combined.

For festivals, summits and conscious gatherings whose audiences are founders, creatives, visionaries, facilitators and successors, people doing significant and often sacred, work in the world - and who are ready to meet what is running the show beneath.
In a collective field, each person has a direct, felt experience of taking their rightful place; in themselves, their lineage, the group and the wider community. They leave with information, as well as the all-important embodied learning and the tools to reconnect with their own ancestral resource long after the gathering ends.
The collective field work is unlike anything else currently on a wellbeing or wisdom stage; precise, safe and genuinely transformative at scale.
Delivered as a keynote, guided group constellation, or an extended Legacy Method experience, shaped to the gathering and audience.
