Horse Constellations Apprenticeship, The Way of the Winged Horse

A living transmission in systemic intelligence, equine fieldwork & embodied leadership

Open-source skills. Practitioner-level rigor. Your voice, amplified.

This training is the synthesis of my work: lineage medicine, systemic constellations, equine attunement and embodied leadership. More than a modality, it’s a transmission; a way of seeing, orienting and moving with life that you can apply in your language, context and modality.

When you learn to read the Field - and invite Horse in to guide you - power returns to presence. That presence then becomes the basis of your method and unique place in service to the world.

Field next opens: 1st September 2026

What this training gives you

  • Systemic sight; perceive entanglements (exclusions, role inversions, hidden loyalties) in people, teams, brands and projects.

  • Equine attunement; work ethically with horses as guides to coherence (not as tools), reading approach/ avoidance, arc of tension and regulation signals.

  • Field facilitation; hold a clean, potent field without performance or rescue; intervene with minimal, precise moves and sentences.

  • Power retrieval; guide clients to call back energy scattered trans-generationally by over-responsibility, perfectionism, shame and more.

  • Architecture for action; translate insight into embodied integration: Order → Belonging → Flow in life, work and leadership.

Your own unique voice, service and facilitation becomes clearer, calmer and more effective, because it’s built on reality, not performance.

Nature is not mute. It is man who is deaf.
— Terrence McKenna

Who this is for

  • Practitioners & guides (constellators, coaches, therapists, somatic practitioners, equine professionals) who want deeper systemic mastery.

  • Founders & leaders working with the Field in teams, creative work, or brand culture.

  • Space-holders who sense their next evolution is precision, not more tools.

The Ethos

This is a skills transmission, not a proprietary prison. You are free to integrate and adapt the work into your own lineage and language - with attribution to The Legacy Method® where appropriate and adherence to ethical care (horses, clients, land).

  • Open-source principles: take the principles, make them yours, keep the essence intact.

  • Code of care: consent, clarity of role, equine welfare, scope of practice, trauma-aware boundaries.

  • No extraction: this work regenerates; people, herd, land and lineage.

Honestly this has been life-changing for me. Obviously I was ready for it, but you asked the exact questions that needed to be asked and your guidance was so potent and direct.

FAQ

  • No. Equine ethics + safety are taught. You’ll learn how to read and design equine constellations responsibly.

  • Yes. The framework applies directly to organisations, products, and culture (Leader Path).

  • No. It’s systemic facilitation. Many trainees work alongside therapists; we maintain scope and clear referrals.

  • You can integrate and apply the skills; however, teaching this precise curriculum requires further apprenticeship and explicit consent.

  • In our experience, learning to work in this way demands a lot of us; in terms of our personal growth - after all, we can only hold others to the depth we have gone to within ourselves. The duration of this training incorporates enough time for the self-development required to reach a suitable level of maturity in the majority of students.

  • We highly recommend that those that embark upon this path have already established how to self-source their own sense of safety. This means that they take responsibility and accountability for how they learn, process and therefore facilitate for others. If we do not believe you are a good fit at any point, we will let you know.
