This training is the synthesis of my work: lineage medicine, systemic constellations, equine attunement and embodied leadership. More than a modality, it’s a transmission; a way of seeing, orienting and moving with life that you can apply in your language, context and modality.

When you learn to read the Field - and invite Horse in to guide you - power returns to presence. That presence then becomes the basis of your method and unique place in service to the world.

The Ethos

This is a skills transmission, not a proprietary prison. You are free to integrate and adapt the work into your own lineage and language - with attribution to The Legacy Method® where appropriate and adherence to ethical care (horses, clients, land).

• Open-source principles: take the principles, make them yours, keep the essence intact.

• Code of care: consent, clarity of role, equine welfare, scope of practice, trauma-aware boundaries.

• No extraction: this work regenerates; people, herd, land and lineage.

The Curriculum (8 Modules)

Each module includes live teaching, demo, practicum and integration labs.

1. Orientation to the Field
   Systemic perception; facilitator stance; consent; container architecture.

2. Order → Belonging → Flow
   The coherence sequence; how systems heal; minimal viable intervention.

3. Mapping Systems
   Personal, relational, team/brand fields; representatives, objects, or felt-sense mapping.

4. Power Retrieval
   Hidden loyalties; “good girl” contracts; embodied protocols to repatriate power.

5. Horse as Guide
   Ethology & ethics; reading approach/avoidance; congruence vs performance; designing equine constellations.

6. Interventions & Inclusion Moves
   Acknowledgement language; returning burdens; restoring order; closing fields cleanly.

7. Integration & Translation
   Turning insight into daily practice, boundaries, messaging, culture and creative work.

8. Practice Architecture
   Crafting your offer; pricing & scope; safeguarding; supervision; your signature template.

Format & Flow

• Duration: 8 months (8 modules + integration/ practice labs)

• Live calls: Fortnightly 2-hour sessions (teaching + demo)

• Practice pods: Peer facilitation + feedback (field-led, low-ego, high-care)

• In-person intensive: 5 days (Devon, England, Ibiza, or with your own horses*) with equine fieldwork

• Support: Email Q&A office hours + private channel for questions and supervision prompts

• Assessment: competency via observed facilitation (clarity, ethics, field hygiene), not rote checklists

Two Pathways (one backbone, different emphasis)

• Practitioner Path — for facilitators/ equine practitioners integrating systemic + equine work with clients.

• New Paradigm Leader Path — for founders, creatives and culture-keepers applying the field to teams, brands and projects.

You can begin on one path and cross-pollinate later.

Certification & Recognition

This training confers competency recognition (not licensure). On completion you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion in Systemic & Equine Field Facilitation (The Legacy Method®) with optional listing in my “trusted collaborators” directory if and when the supervision period (optional) is complete.

Throughout lifetimes of working with horses, with generations of horse-women standing behind me, I have learned that the more refined we are in our conversations with them, the more the subtler aspects of ourselves have the chance to be heard.

Horses don’t need us to tell them what to do, where to stand, or how to behave; they need us to fine tune our depths of vision, to listen more deeply with our Hearts, to engage with them and the world more openly and vulnerably and to allow our ideas and ideals of freedom in a new paradigm to come more into focus - and to access all of this through exploring the unfathomable depths of the present moment. To cultivate clear communication and form a bridge from Soul to Soul so that they can really deliver their deepest medicine.

Horses embody balance; a sense of equilibrium and the ability to flow multi-linearly, timelessly, intuitively and automatically between the luminous feminine (the formless) and the illustrious masculine (the form). Masters of keeping the energy weaving, moving and in flow, whether through the physical plane of form, or across the other dimensions, they play a much larger role for Humanity and her collective evolution than many realise.

The work of Horse Constellations (Family & Systemic Constellations with horses) facilitates this dance so very accurately; bringing to light both the platform and the inner and outer movements required to find the next best (organically arising) steps on our Path. Able to tune into the over-laying blueprints that exist in time and space - a bit like an overlapping, spherical jigsaw puzzle - they can both perceive the wider interconnected threads of the tapestry of life, and those of the individual’s Soul expression and how both may fit together.

As with any vibrational essence and treating like with like, we work with Horse through the lens of, or at the octave at, which we ourselves are ready to perceive. From the moment we begin this work, they enable us to find and create space and capacity within ourselves, or to break inner ground to do this work. They help us entrain to our truest path - and to merge into union mystica within - along with helping the tapestry of life to continue its healthy pulsation in spherical motion around us. Horse is the Primordial Ocean of Life Herself.
