You want more specificity and deeper embodiment in yourself, so you can continue to double down in your work and life experience and have the greatest impact in service to the world.

And underneath all of it, you want your work to be so precisely and uniquely yours that no algorithm could ever threaten to replace it.

The Lineage Behind The Work

Harriet has been a seer since she was fourteen; she saw, felt and knew things about people and systems that she had no logical framework for yet. The horses came before the methodology and the healing came before the training - the field came before she had a name for it.

She then spent her adult life inside belonging; not studying it, but living it wholeheartedly.

In her twenties she worked with international delegations in Shanghai and lived with locals, cycling to work while her colleagues stayed in penthouses. She spent a year in Indonesia, trained as a scuba instructor, and found herself on luxury yachts in West Papua negotiating between high-profile clients and tribal communities to dive their reef. The field work started long before the constellations did.

She lived in France from 2011 to 2019, rooting into rural Burgundy amongst generational farming communities, growing food, learning what it means to belong to land and to the people who have tended it for centuries. When that chapter closed she moved into intentional community in West Wales, then to Costa Rica with her family, integrating into local and tribal communities, not expat ones. They shared Christmas with the Bribri, her children learned the jungle with tribal kids, the community offered them land. But, she returned to Europe to heal another layer with her own family.

Her formal training in horse and family constellations is at the highest level available, having trained directly with the discipline's most precise international teachers. She spent thirteen years in healing consultancy with women and prior to that worked in C-suite boardrooms, private banks and investor roadshows. She knows how power moves in systems because she has sat inside many of them.

She founded Field of Belonging because she kept finding the same thing across every culture, every community, every boardroom and every constellation: the field always knows. The question is simply whether the facilitator is clear enough to read it accurately.

That clarity is what she transmits here.

What Shifts

What practitioners leave with is not an additional methodology layered on top of what they already do. It is a finer instrument. The particular interference patterns that have been shaping their facilitation, the places where their own lineage has been moving through the field without their awareness, become visible, workable - and eventually transmuted.

The work stops passing through the unexamined places. The field reads more cleanly. The depth that was available in theory becomes available in practice.

You will know, with precision, where your own family system has been showing up in your client work. Not as a failing. As a map. What you've been working around becomes what you work with.

You will have sat in the field with Horse in a way that reorganises something fundamental about how you hold space. Not a technique. A transmission. You will feel the difference in your body before you can articulate it in words.

Sessions that used to leave you over-holding begin to ground and resolve. Clients feel sustained peace and momentum rather than a temporary high. Your body stops compensating for what the field hasn't yet been asked to hold.

Your work will become more specifically yours. Not a better version of someone else's model. Unmistakably, unreplicably yours.

What This Training Gives You

Over eight months, across eight modules, live teaching, demonstration, practicum and integration labs, you move through the full architecture of this work.

• Systemic sight: perceive entanglements, exclusions, role inversions, hidden loyalties in people, teams, brands and projects.

• Equine attunement: work ethically with horses as guides to coherence, not as tools, reading approach and avoidance, arc of tension and regulation signals.

• Field facilitation: hold a clean, potent field without performance or rescue. Intervene with minimal, precise moves and sentences.

• Power retrieval: guide clients to call back energy scattered trans-generationally by over-responsibility, perfectionism, shame and more.

• Architecture for action: translate insight into embodied integration. Order → Belonging → Flow in life, work and leadership.

• Five full days of in-person equine fieldwork in South Devon and Dartmoor at the end of the eight months. Fortnightly two-hour live sessions for teaching and demonstration. Practice pods for peer facilitation and feedback. Email office hours and a private peer group channel for supervision prompts and questions throughout.

This is a skills transmission, not a proprietary framework. You are free to integrate and adapt this work into your own language, lineage and modality, with attribution to Field of Belonging where appropriate and adherence to the code of care: consent, clarity of role, equine welfare, scope of practice, trauma-aware boundaries. The Curriculum

Orientation to the Field

Systemic perception, facilitator stance, consent, container architecture. Where it all begins.

Order → Belonging → Flow

The coherence sequence. How systems heal. What minimal viable intervention actually looks like in practice.

Mapping Systems

Personal, relational, team and brand fields. Representatives, objects, felt-sense mapping. Reading what the field is showing you before you've intervened.

Power Retrieval

Hidden loyalties, good-girl contracts, embodied protocols to repatriate power scattered trans-generationally by over-responsibility, perfectionism and shame.

Horse as Guide

Ethology and ethics. Reading approach and avoidance, congruence versus performance. Designing equine constellations. Working with horses as guides to coherence, not tools.

Interventions and Inclusion Moves

Acknowledgement language, returning burdens, restoring order, closing fields cleanly. The precision moves that change everything without forcing anything.

Integration and Translation

Turning what surfaces in the field into daily practice, boundaries, messaging, culture, creative work. Where insight becomes embodied.

Practice Architecture

Crafting your offer, pricing and scope, safeguarding, supervision, your signature template. Your work, now held in a structure that can carry it.

The Invitation

There is no form that determines your readiness. No criteria to meet, no box to check that confirms you are the right kind of practitioner -

What it requires is simpler and harder than that; you have to be willing to look at your own lineage with the same precision you bring to your clients. That willingness is either present or it isn't and Harriet will know in the first conversation.

Investment

The full apprenticeship, eight months of live teaching, fortnightly sessions, practice pods, five days of equine fieldwork in Devon and Dartmoor and direct access to Harriet throughout: £8,888.

For those who want to continue into supervised practice, the optional two-month supervision bundle, including a further three days of equine intensive work (with your herd upon agreement), is available at £2,222. The training and supervision taken together across ten months: £9,999.

Payment plans are available. A limited number of partial scholarships support under-represented practitioners working in service of community. You can apply to the scholarship fund when you reach out.
