A permanent home for the work. Coming 2026.

For 13 years I have done this work in borrowed spaces: Ibiza, Costa Rica, Burgundy, Surrey. Incredible venues, extraordinary results - and always the constraint of someone else's horses, someone else's land, heritage.

What I am building in Devon is different. A yard on English soil for leaders, founders and organisations with an English heritage. An indoor school. My own horses. An irreplicable space that exists for one purpose only: to bring founders, visionaries and senior leaders into contact with the level of the work that conventional advisory cannot reach.

Four times a year. A small cohort. A full day with the horses in South Devon.

No slides. No frameworks. No performance. Just the work; at the level where it actually moves.

What happens here

The horses do not respond to your role. They respond to the state you are actually in; the gap between what you present and what you carry. The pattern that has survived every strategic intervention, every coaching engagement, every offsite.

That pattern has an origin. It predates your company. It may have been the engine behind everything you have built.

But it is expensive now. And the body knows it before the mind will say it.
