The Pattern

When we’re disconnected from the medicine of our own lineage, we go looking elsewhere.

We travel, train, initiate, certify, chasing something more healing, more effective, more real than what’s available at home. Sometimes it works, sometimes it’s profound.

But for many women, the deeper pattern remains untouched: you can speak the language of healing, you can lead rooms, hold clients, run programmes - and yet still be triggered in intimacy, rigid in conflict, brittle under pressure, still carrying a nervous system that defaults to control, collapse, compliance, or withdrawal.

Because, the unresolved material isn’t “out there”, but in the family system, the cells, the bones, the body and epigenetics. It’s in the unfinished stories you inherited.

False Medicine

There’s a kind of salve that looks like healing:

Borrowed rituals. Conscious relating. Rules. Group identity. Company culture. Performative harmony.

Then life throws something real into the room; money, sex, betrayal, grief, power - and the nervous system shows what it can’t yet hold; individually and collectively.

People disappear. Families relocate. Communities fracture. Teachers are idealised, then demonised. Rinse and repeat.

Not because anyone is bad. Because the system underneath hasn’t been met, seen, held - embraced - as it needs to be.

True Belonging

True community isn’t control. True community is the capacity to see and be seen - as equals in right relationship - without collapsing into compliance or inflating into dominance.

And that capacity comes from nervous system health and systemic order, which is why the work begins here:

What This Is

Lineage Medicine is a 12-week living field where we work with the organic systems you emerged from; mother-line, father-line, marriage, body, land, voice - so you can take your place in life with more truth, neutrality and authority.

We use live systemic constellations on Zoom, embodied integration (nervous system-based, practical, relational) and when the field calls, the horses + Devon land as living mirrors.

This is the place where the hidden contracts get named.

Victims are given a place.

Perpetrator dynamics are acknowledged without theatre - and what doesn’t belong to you gets returned.

Weeks 1 & 2: Self

Mapping where you stand now. Identifying the invisible contracts running your life.

Weeks 3 & 4: Lineage

Mother line + father line. Loyalties, entanglements, unfinished grief.

Weeks 5 & 6: Marriage

Partners, exes, “good daughter / good wife” patterns. Power dynamics. Repair or completion.

Weeks 7 & 8: Body

Symptoms as messages. What you’ve been carrying for others. Returning burdens.

Weeks 9 & 10: Voice

Visibility. Speaking. Being seen. The ancestral cost of truth and reclaiming it.

Weeks 11 & 12: Legacy

Integration + next moves. Boundaries, pricing, leadership, creation, built from new order.
