A 3-day equine-led immersion for founders, NEDs and senior practitioners who are ready to lead without performance - with the herd as mirror and the Field as curriculum.
This is for men and women who are already carrying a lot: businesses, boards, clients, teams, families, wealth, responsibility.
I see you, you don’t need another modality to collect, another certificate for the wall, or tradition to borrow…
You need a place where your own system can be seen with the same precision you offer everyone else and where the horses can do what they do best: strip out theatre, reveal the truth and return you to coherence.
What this is
EQUIPOISE is:
a stand-alone, equine-led systemic immersion for leaders who want to deepen self-leadership and capacity to hold complexity,
and the foundations workshop for those considering the longer Horse Constellations Apprenticeship with me (not a pre-requisite).
The work is field-led through our Leadership Field Playbook.
However, there are no scripts and no performance.
What shows itself - what is alive for you in your leadership - is what we work with.
Who this is for
You’re likely here because some version of this is true:
You’re used to being the one who holds the tone and the balance in every room.
You can run meetings, teams, families, crises - and your nervous system is tired of doing it alone - collaboration still sounds dreamy and idealistic, if you’re honest.
You’ve done plenty of “work”, and you can name your pattern perfectly… but you’re acutely aware that the pattern is still running; in your body, your marriage, your children.
Your life is strong on paper and yet your body is quietly dissenting; since turning 40, you’ve developed aches and pains and a tiredness that you can’t seem to shake.
You want depth without drama or new age psychobabble. Precision without theatre. A real mirror.
Beyond and including a weekend of inspiration, it’s a recalibration.
Why horses
Horses do not respond to your story.
They respond to:
nervous systems
boundaries
intent
coherence (or the lack of it)
They are exquisitely sensitive to the gap between what we say and what we actually carry.
And because they don’t need us, we can’t win them with performance.
To be in relationship with a horse, we have to become more fluid, more honest, more present.
That’s why this work lands.

Working systemically with whatever is arising - personal and professional - the herd helps bring into view:

unfinished reaching movements
dis-order in work, wealth, love and belonging
the unseen roles you’re still playing inside your family system and leadership life
As we re-systematise the origins of the stories you hold, you’re guided back to:
renewed esteem for your own heritage - and therefore for who you are
a steadier centre, with more flex to move with life
an embodied sense of belonging, identity and direction
the ability to meet peers as leaders in their own right, rather than carrying them
This is three days in the Field with the horses: in your body, on the land, in present self-leadership.
A note on calibre, safety & confidentiality
This is not crisis work.
It is for people who can self-source basic safety and are ready for depth without theatre.
Confidentiality is expected.
You may speak in generalities. You are not required to expose your life to do real work.
The horses don’t need your backstory - they need your presence.

flights, transfers or transportation (we can share local taxi details)
Finally, if you are a dear client who has attended this workshop in previous years, as you may already know, it is a constantly evolving picture. Thus, no two experiences are the same - as you yourself are not the same each time and neither am I, the horses, nor the field, system, or collective! If this is you, be assured that you stand to gain just as much this time around as each and every time prior.
