About Harriet

I work with founders, visionaries and senior leaders whose external lives look successful - and who are ready for their internal landscape to catch up.

Before this work, I spent years inside the world my clients inhabit - JP Morgan Private Bank, IBM C-suite, UHNW advisory, Davos. I understand the language of deals, exits, governance and succession, and the private cost they carry. I do not need anything explained to me.

My practice sits at the intersection of systemic intelligence, somatics, lineage and equine-led diagnostics. What this means in practice is that I identify the invisible structure underneath the visible problem, and I work with it at the level where it actually lives.

I find that the people drawn to this work are rarely lacking insight. What they are looking for is a space precise enough to hold what they actually know - and skilled enough to move it.

I work privately, with complete discretion. I take on a small number of clients at any one time.
