Horses hold an ancient template for community: no compromise, no-one left behind. Instead; truth, order and belonging - each of us in our rightful place in the whole. A whole that is harmonious, never homogenous.
In this Way, leadership becomes less about performance and more about presence; a body that can stay, a nervous system that can hold, a voice that doesn’t bend under pressure.
Because, in the herd, we don’t take our place alone, we take our place in reciprocity; with each other, with our lineage, with the land, with our children, with nature. Our bodies becoming the vessel for the depth and breadth of our genius; borne of the cosmic pulse, forged in the hearts of our ancestors.
Convergence is a return to wholeness; to live as the product and torch-bearer of your lineage and lands, a conduit of life for those who come after you and an active co-creator with your fellow journeymen and women.

What’s Included
Three days held by Harriet + the horses.
Equine-led systemic work (consent-led, invitational, nervous-system aware).
Group and breakout constellations (experiential around the themes of convergence).
Integration throughout (so the shift consolidates).
3x nights’ full board in luxury en-suite accommodation (double or twin shared with a sister).
3x organic, consciously prepared meals per day by Sarah Raisbeck, plus fruit and snacks (dietary requirements cared for).
Free flowing spring water, herbals, teas, coffees, mushrooms and cacao.
Space for rest, forest bathing, wild swimming, sauna, reflection and recalibration.
