This is not crisis support. It is for women who can self-source basic safety and are ready to meet what is real - gently, precisely, with strong facilitation.

Three days held by Harriet and the horses, designed as a complete arc: arrive → reveal → reposition → integrate.

Equine-led systemic work (consent-led, invitational, nervous-system aware).
Group and breakout constellations (experiential around the themes of convergence).
Integration throughout (so the shift consolidates).
3x nights’ full board in luxury en-suite accommodation (double or twin shared with a sister).
3x organic, consciously prepared meals per day by Sarah Raisbeck, plus fruit and snacks (dietary requirements cared for).
Free flowing spring water, herbals, teas, coffees and ceremonial cacao as offered.
Space for rest, reflection and recalibration - including land time, water, sauna and silence.
